Does ANYONE out there know what the F5 button is for? It's to REFRESH a webpage that you are on. It can also be used to refresh a page that you had opened previously, whether it's a day ago, a week ago, heck... even a month ago!!

As webdesigners, or shall i say, webfixers, webupdaters, etc... We cannot stress the importance of this key...

JUST PRESS F5!!!!

I don't know how many times we have heard, "but i don't see it!" when we've added a graphic to a page, or changed the text in a document...

Now don't get me wrong... I have had to F5 myself a few times. It happens to all of us... the best of us.  But at least i can admit it.

Ringing in the New Year

Well, it has been awhile since my last post... Guess you can say we took a break for holidays??  Okay... it's just plain laziness!  Either way, we are finally all settled in at our new office.. projects are starting to come in.. work is going out.. So I guess we are on the right track!

I have a new best friend here at work... Her name is Sadie. I was going to share a picture of her ... however, I don't have an "upload" tab for some reason on here.  hmmmmm... Well, anyhow, she is gray. old. deaf. loves to sleep beside my desk. loves treats. is able to tap my arm while i'm working to get my attention.. she really is a doozy of a co-worker!!

We also have a new project underway... IF MY UPLOAD PICTURE feature was working on here.. it would be a lot more fun to share. However, i don't, so i will just tell you about it... and hopefully my upload feature will return to working status.

All Moved In...

We are officially moved into our new office and WOW... we love it here!

The Creative Juices are flowing more and more!!

 

I already loved coming to work everyday... This new office space makes it twice as nice!

Gettin Ready to Move!

So, if anybody follows this blog.. :)  we are getting closer to moving into our new office...

This is the way it was when we first saw it..

 

 

 

This is after the carpet was ripped up and hard wood flooring was laid down...

 

 

 

 

This is with the ceiling fan, curtains, etc...  Rugs are due to come in soon!!



 

 

 

 

The downside to all of this is that we have 2 more weeks in the old office... which i won't lie.. i'm probably gonna this place!!!  But i'm sure our creative juices are going flow SOOO MUCH SMOOTHER in our new space. :)





Halloween has come and gone... no more candy corn for a whole year! Thank goodness! :)  Ever notice how there are certain candies that you eat at certain times of year.. and that's it? Valentines Day = Candy Hearts.  St. Pats Day = Green Beer. (not candy but you get the point!) Easter = Peeps. Halloween = Candy Corn. Thanksgiving = Candy Pumpkins (taste just like candy corn). Christmas = Candy Canes. Why is that?  I like candy canes all year long... hmmmm.

As for here in the office today, Melissa is learning all about Old School Rap. Such as:

she finally found out what a "g thang" is and LL Cool J is exactly what is name suggests. Ohhhh yeah!  Gotta love it!

We finally found a color scheme we are going to RUN with for our new office... Cannot Wait! We are gonna make the colors POP!!  And yes, we are getting some work done today.. Amazing what a lunch consisting of brownies, bagels and chocolate rum balls can do for work productivity.

Movin On Up!

It's official now... we are moving! Well, the office is moving.  This should be a lot of fun!!! We have a whole new empty space to work with. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, bay windows.. oh yeah! Who would've thought looking at pages and pages of area rugs could be so much fun?

We are wanting to go bold with out colors... make a statement. Pictures are going to be included from here on out on our progress!

As for the rest of our daily work... what can i say... we have it! I did have a cute lil funny from this morning..

Well, i was working on our newsbrief this morning and an article about e-coli... hmmm.. do you get where i am going with this?  I dare you to sing out.. doesn't it sound a bit the same?
